Superintendent
Overseeing the project during the course of construction. Manages safety, logistics, work methods, production/momentum, schedule drive, drawing coordination, subcontractor coordination, manpower/material allocation, training, owner interface, PM communication.
Field Engineer
Work closely with safety implementation, QA/QC Support, Layout and Control, drawing coordination/communication, reporting, problem solving support, assisting with subcontractor coordination, cost control support.
Foreman
Manages daily work with a small crew, communication with Project Foreman and Superintendent, supports with coordination and sequencing, ensures safety, quality, and productivity.
Crew Member 2
Skilled in basic installation, measurements, assist with layout, trade specific skills, trained in sequencing.
Assistant Superintendent
Superintendent support, crew safety/morale, logistics control, jobsite housekeeping, self performing crew supervision, delivery control, QA/QC documentation, dailies/photos, oversee resources/field engineers.

Safety Manager
The Safety Manager provides training, conducts inspections, manages incident investigations, and works hands-on with field crews—from Crew Member 1 through Superintendents—to prevent injuries and maintain safe, productive workplaces.
Compliance Specialist
Responsible for collecting and verifying the compliance of the documentation. Works closely with subcontractors to ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate for timely processing of invoices and payments.
Human Resources
Oversees the people side of the business by managing recruitment, compliance, employee development, and culture. On-board, and off-board employees, maintain employee records, certifications, and training documentation. Responsible for payroll support, benefits, and timekeeping systems. Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Support company culture initiatives and employee engagement.
Junior Estimator
Supports the estimating team through takeoffs, bid organization, and subcontractor outreach while developing technical and industry knowledge. This role helps maintain estimating efficiency and accuracy while building future estimating leadership.
Chief Operating Officer
Oversee daily operations across preconstruction, construction and closeout. Responsible for translating company vision into executable operations. Work with project managers with financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, job cost tracking, and resolve discrepancies.
Estimator
Leads the pre-construction estimating process by developing accurate, competitive, and profitable project estimates. Collaborate with operations and project managers during handoff. Maintain estimating databases, cost histories, and bid calendars.
Administrative Coordinator
Bridging gaps between leadership and departments, organizing priorities, and ensuring operational alignment across the company. The Administrative Coordinator serves as a central point of integration between the Owner, COO, and Operations Manager. This role gathers information from multiple leaders and departments, organizes it into actionable systems, and ensures follow-through. They act as a catch-all for operational gaps, miscommunications, and handoff issues that fall outside defined departmental ownership.
