What brought you to Trade?
I am a resident of Chico and wanted to work for a GC here locally. Once I found out that Trade was having some growth as a company and was working on some exiting projects, I was eager for the opportunity and to grow with the company.
What were you doing before working with Trade?
I was working in health care and education projects with a large GC in Sacramento as a project engineer.
What challenges were you facing before entering the program?
Experience in the field and opportunity to move my way up in my position.

How has Trade changed your confidence/outlook?
Trade has empowered me to step in roles that I had not been able to in the past. They instilled the confidence in me to become a leader and handle more responsibility than what I am used to, which has accelerated my growth in construction management.
What skills have you learned?
Leadership skills and field knowledge.
How have you felt supported in your time working with Trade?
There is always someone with more experience and knowledge that I can reach out to with questions. The trainings we do throughout the year are also very helpful.
